This review of Dropship Lifestyle is going to explain what you need to know before you try it, including:
-
- If it’s really a scam or if it’s legitimate.
- How it really works.
- The pros and cons.
- How much you can expect to spend if you buy it.
- And if there’s better alternatives (in my opinion, there is a BETTER option, but more on that later).
The quick overview:
- Name: Dropship Lifestyle
- Owner: Anton Kraly
- Pricing: $2,997 (Premium Package) to $4,997 (Ultimate Package)
- What do you learn? How to create a successful drop shipping business
- Is it a scam? No, but there are mixed reviews and the price of the program is a bit too high in my opinion.
- Rating: 68 out of 100 points
Do I recommend Dropship Lifestyle? Somewhat:
I do believe that Dropship Lifestyle has great value and can teach you to make money online, but there are several issues in my opinion:
- The reviews are mixed (details below).
- Pricing is quite high in my opinion and there are also other additional costs to consider when growing a dropshipping business, particularly paying for ads.
Bottom line: I am a full time online businessman and I think that Dropship Lifestyle is legitimate, but I also think that there’s better alternatives to it that aren’t just WAY cheaper, but also teach similar type of material and more.
Better alternatives? Yes (More info on that below).
Back to the Dropship Lifestyle review:
Summary of the program:
According to several sources, Dropship Lifestyle is a program that teaches people everything they need to know about how to succeed in this business. Dropshipping is a type of online business where you run an online store and don’t own the products you sell, but when orders are placed on your site, you order them for less through a wholeseller and keep the profit.
With Dropship Lifestyle you learn the A-Z of how to do this correctly through an 8 module course that gets into everything from choosing a topic, to making your store to properly marketing it and profiting from it. You also learn how to dropship high ticket items for even higher profits. There are also 2 packages you can choose from (source 1, source 2):
- Premium Package ($2,997): Gets you the full training and other perks
- Ultimate Package ($4,997 or possibly even more): Premium benefits + coaching + done for you store + retreat. I’ve read 2 sources which say that the Ultimate Package is anywhere from $8,000+ to $10,000+ (source 1, source 2)
Potentially additional costs to consider:
Running a dropshipping business comes with having to have a website, Shopify Store and sometimes running ads to promote that store. The costs for this vary but it’s typically around this (there are trial offers for some of these):
- Shopify: $30/month
- Domain: $10 a year
- Ads: $10+ a day (could reach $100s or $1000s depending on how much traffic you’re trying to get)
Pros:
- Very highly rated course by Shopify.
- Beginner friendly.
- High Trustpilot ratings.
- Success stories are present.
- The owner has a good reputation.
Cons:
- Program is very expensive in my opinion.
- Costs to run a dropship store can also rise to high prices overtime.
- There are numerous mixed and negative reviews (Source 1, source 2).
- Dropshipping businesses can sometimes be difficult to run on certain platforms.
- The program only focuses on 1 main business model (might not be for everyone).
My final thoughts on Drop Ship Lifestyle and better alternatives:
As someone who currently makes money online full time, has reviewed 100s of make money online programs and understands that pretty much any popular program comes with it’s own controversies, I air on the side of Drop Ship Lifestyle being legitimate (and also because I know of this business model and that it works). If you have the money to invest and understand the risks, this program is worth getting. However I am also not discrediting the numerous poor reviews I saw online of it.
In these situations, I have to look at the objective things and analyze if the program is worth buying and in Dropship Lifestyle’s case, I think it is a legitimate program that has good value, but also honestly believe that there’s better alternatives for the following reasons:
- The program’s prices are just too high in my opinion ($1,997 and some sources saying it can go over $10,000 is crazy to me).
- Dropshipping itself is a legit business but it may not be for everyone. There is a lot of trial and error around the products, learning to get things up and running.
Alternatives? Yep! Why the Wealthy Affiliate program is my top choice:
Wealthy Affiliate is the program I learned all of my online business skills from as well as the reason why I make money online full time today.
While they teach multiple ways to make money online, their main specialty is helping people create a profitable website/s on any passions you have in life and monetizing it various ways.
So if you love mountain biking for example, they’ll show you how to create a profitable website on mountain bikes (promoting them, putting ads on the site, etc…).
Here’s why it’s better than Dropship Lifestyle in my opinion:
- It’s free to join (literally, no CC required).
- It’s very beginner friendly.
- Better on YOUR wallet ($0 to try, then $49/month).
- It teaches multiple ways to create an online business.
- It has more success stories than Dropship Lifestyle.
- Also very high Trustpilot ratings (4.9 out of 5 stars).
- You get excellent support plus expert coaching.
- And there’s much more.
Bottom line: You don’t have to invest crazy money with Wealthy Affiliate (or in general to succeed online).
It’s free to test drive and only $49/month (or for the best membership, $99/month) if you decide to stick around. One of the many fallacies I often run into is that because a program is expensive, it means it’s worth it. Perhaps that’s true in certain cases, but with Wealthy Affiliate, you get immense value and you can actually try it for free to see that.
Wealthy Affiliate vs Dropship Lifestyle (comparison):
My recommendation? Wealthy Affiliate (here’s how to get started):
- Join here (its free)
- Complete the set up process which has you create your first passion based website.
- Start your training
The value of the Wealthy Affiliate (WA) speaks for itself and if you have any doubt (which is totally normal), test drive them risk free (there’s literally no credit card required).
Here’s what you get when you try the program today (all included):
- Access to the Starter Membership of Wealthy Affiliate.
- Access to the Hubs platform (5 step business set up process)
- 8 lesson starter course
- Coaching from me, Vitaliy (one of WA’s top experts).
- And much more (join WA today and see it all for yourself).
The program does have 2 optional upgrades called Premium and Premium Plus after the Starter Membership that I do highly recommend, but more than that, I recommend you first:
- Try the Starter Membership (it’s risk free).
- Immerse yourself in the program so you get the most out of it.
- Use my coaching! You can contact me directly inside WA.
Wealthy Affiliate works, but it is also not a get rich quick scheme.
It will teach you how to build a REAL online business of your dreams and if you apply the training they have and work hard, you will become one of it’s MANY success stories.
And frankly speaking, I want to see you do just that. As your coach, one of my goals is to see just hat and I’ll help you along your journey there too).
