Evolved Agents Review – Is it Legit or a Total Scam?

This review of Evolved Agents is going to explain what you need to know before you try it, including:

1. If it’s really a scam or if it’s legitimate.
2. How it really works.
3. The pros and cons.
4. How much you can expect to spend if you buy it.
5. And if there’s better alternatives (in my opinion, there are other options which may be better suited for you).

Is it a scam? No, I think it’s legitimate but there are pros and cons.

Do I recommend Fiction Profits Academy? It depends:

I believe this program is legitimate but there are several things to consider:

According to several sources, this program isn’t cheap (Several $1,000s cited).
There are a number of mixed reviews that I will also provide info on.
The program can help real estate agents potentially get more leads/sales but this is also a skill you can learn yourself for less through an alternative program I’ll talk about shortly.

Better alternatives? Yes (More info on that below).

Summary of the program:

According to sources, Evolved Agents is a 5 week course that helps people (real estate agents) potentially get more clients/leads through the internet via making ads on popular networks like Facebook to drive targeted leads to your offers. This can help you find more leads in less time and thus scale into profits more quickly.

The program has a 3 A principal that goes like this:

A (ads): You don’t need to pay a 3rd party company for expensive leads. With this program, they help you set this up.
A (assistant): There is an assistant help to turn your potential leads into sales so you don’t need to do it all yourself.
A (alliance): Here you get access to top real estate agents and their guidance/help.

Furthermore the program’s 5 week course covers the following things:

Week 1: Mastermind Mindset
Week 2: Preparing the Machine
Week 3: CRM
Week 4: Facebook Ads
Week 5: Inside Sales Agent

How much does it cost?

According to the following sites (source 1, source 2, the price of this program can range from $4,000+ with another potential investment coming in the form of paying for ads. I honestly wish the upfront cost for this program was provided on the front end instead of having to look for it.

Pros:

There are success stories (source).
The owners of the program are successful in this business.
Generating real estate leads online can potentially be far more lucrative than doing it the traditional way.

Cons:

Despite there being positive reviews, there are also negative ones too (source).
The price of the program appears to be very high according to the above sources.
I’m not a fan of the price of the program not being shown up front.
You can learn to do this stuff yourself (create ads on Facebook and get leads for example) from programs that don’t charge a lot of money.

My final thoughts Evolve Agents and possibly better alternatives:

I believe that Evolve Agents can really help real estate agents get more leads and close more deals, but at the same time there are mixed reviews and the cost of the program should also be taken into consideration. There are also less expensive courses online on places like Udemy that can teach you this same material.

Alternatives? Yes! Why digital real estate is my top recommendation:

Digital real estate is the online version of traditional real estate where instead of selling houses, you sell websites. It’s a business model that in my personal opinion and experience is way superior to real estate for one of many reasons including:

It’s free to start and very inexpensive in general
Your website is like a digital property and can earn you a monthly income
Your website can be built on ANY topic you love in life
Your website can accumilate unlimited digital property value (regardless of the market)
There’s far less red tape, beauracracy and other hassles like with traditional real estate
No need to chase expensive/no action leads over and over. Here people find you and want to buy your site.
Your website can literally make you more than a real estate sale. Here’s a few examples:

How digital real estate works:

You can create a website for free (a digital property)
You build up the website so it gets visitors and earns money (passive income and the more it earns the more value it accumilates overtime). This does require time and work but there’s a program called Wealthy Affiliate I’ll talk about shortly which teaches you the right way to do it.
Overtime as the site grows and earns money, you can then choose to keep the site and keep earning money or sell it on major websites.
Your website value is determined by this: 1 month earnings X 24 months (Ex: $10,000/month site X 24 months = $240,000 value)
You can make multiple websites, build them up, sell them and make a great income with this.
