Do I recommend Fiction Profits Academy? It depends:
I believe this program is legitimate but there are several things to consider:
- According to several sources, this program isn’t cheap ($12,000+ cited).
- Real estate investing comes with it’s own risks, rewards and often high investments initially.
Bottom line: Based on everything I have seen, the program is legit and works but considering the investments and risks necessary, this is a type of business that will require a lot of money to start and a lot of work to succeed in.
Better alternatives? Yes (More info on that below).

Summary of the program:
According to sources, Investor Creator is a mentorship type of program that shows people how to succeed in real estate via the same methods the program’s creator uses (that being Brad Smotherman). Members of the program learn how to find low priced real estate deals and flip them through a 3 phase system taught in the program:
- Here you will learn how about contracts and other ways to maxmize your profit potential in the deal.
Along the way you will also get help from Brad and his team to help you succeed in this, hence why this program is more of a mentorship program that a basic guide.
How much does it cost?
According to the following sites (source 1, source 2) the price of this program can be $12,000. Although the second source listed mentions the “Brad Smotherman Mentorship” which I’m not 100% sure refers to Investor Creator. To find out the actual price you need to do a phone call to learn the details (source).
Pros:
- Brad Smotherman has a good reptuation as a successful real estate businessman
- There are success stories (source).
- You get help from Brad and his team along the way and apparently even after you finish the program.
Cons:
- If the upfront costs are true ($12,000), this is a big investment.
- Real estate itself is also another type of large investment to consider.
My final thoughts Investor Creator and possibly better alternatives:
I believe that Investor Creator can really help anyone looking to build a serious real estate business succeed as it follows along the same footsteps that Brad Smotherman, who has a proven track record in this space applies. While there are potentially large investments involved, it is worth noting that you get help from him and his team which further amplifies the value of the program.
Alternatives? Yes! Why digital real estate is my top recommendation:
Digital real estate is the online version of traditional real estate where instead of selling houses, you sell websites. It’s a business model that in my personal opinion and experience is way superior to real estate for one of many reasons including:
- It’s free to start and very inexpensive in general
- Your website is like a digital property and can earn you a monthly income
- Your website can be built on ANY topic you love in life
- Your website can accumilate unlimited digital property value (regardless of the market)
- There’s far less red tape, beauracracy and other hassles like with traditional real estate

- Your website value is determined by this: 1 month earnings X 24 months (Ex: $10,000/month site X 24 months = $240,000 value)
- You can make multiple websites, build them up, sell them and make a great income with this.
