The Millionaire Shortcut Review – Why You Might Want to be Careful

If you’re like me, then you probably heard about Jeff Lerner and his free eBook called The Millionaire Shorcut.

I took the “plunge” if you will, and got myself a copy of the eBook, and not only did I read it fully (it’s actually short), but I also “went down the rabbit hole” in that I purchased a membership into his program that’s pitched off that eBook and that was not an experience I enjoyed (more on that later).

Rather than cram everything together at once, I want to dissect The Millionaire Shortcut for you in this review, and more specifically:

  1. Explain to you whats inside it (summary).
  2. What it leads you to.
  3. Why I don’t recommend it (I had some mixed experiences).
  4. What I do recommend that is better (for making money online which is what Jeff’s book essentially teaches).

Let’s begin:

Summary and overview of The Millionaire Shortcut:

  • Name: The Millionaire Shortcut (eBook).
  • Author: Jeff Lerner.
  • Cost: $0 (but it goes into a funnel for up to $1,000s).
  • Rating: 1 out of 5 stars.

The 30,000 foot overview (what you need to know):

1) This eBook basically tells you that to become a success, you need a mentor to copy and do what they did to succeed.

2) This segue’s into Jeff recommending to copy him since he went from broke to being a millionaire.

3) Jeff recommends joining his Entre Institute program that teaches you to do this. The costs of this program are $39 to get through the door and then around $4,000 to get the full training (I’ve heard there’s even more expensive offers after).

I was actually a member for the $39 and I was NOT happy (more info below on what happened).

Do I recommend it? No.

The eBook wasn’t good in my opinion, and it’s really a funnel to get you to join Entre Institute. Entre might very well be legit because it teaches legitimate ways to make money online (that I actually do myself), but the pricing for it, and a few other issues I ran into when I was a member do not make me want to recommend it.

Better alternatives? Yes (More info on that below).

Back to my Millionaire Shortcut/Entre Institute review (why I was disappointed):

I’ll keep this short because I basically explained it already, but here’s a chronological order of what went down:

1) I got and read the Millionaire Shortcut fully. I didn’t like it but wanted to give Jeff’s program a shot.

2) I joined Entre Institute’s introductory program for $39 to try it.

There’s 6 steps to the program and frankly, it’s just a lot of talk about the potential of making money online with 3 methods: Affiliate marketing, local marketing and making your own ecourses.

3) Once I joined Entre Institute, I received numerous texts, calls and emails from Jeff’s team trying to get me to talk to their staff and it was SUPER ANNOYING.

I told them to stop calling me and it felt so spammy (it’s one of the reasons why Entre Institute rubbed me the wrong way). See the right screenshot of one of these texts I got to see what I mean:

4) I decided buying the FULL $3,997 package wasn’t worth it, especially after not getting much value in the Millionaire Shortcut or the intro Entre Institute program, and so I left.

Pros (Millionaire Shortcut):

  1. The eBook is free.
  2. Entre Institute teaches legitimate ways to make money online.

Cons:

  1. The eBook’s value (despite being free) is really low in my opinion (also very hyped too).
  2. There is no shortcut to success (it takes a lot of work and time).
  3. I wasn’t happy with the Entre Institute membership experience I had (spam calls, texts and low value “training”).
  4. The MAIN program is $3,997 and I don’t think you need to spend so much to learn how to make money online. In fact, I recommend better, WAY cheaper options that teach the same stuff (Wealthy Affiliate is the top choice if you want a quick answer to that).

My final thoughts on The Millionaire Shortcut, Entre Institute and WAY better alternatives:

Overall, there is SOME value in the $39 program I joined, but not enough to justify even spending that much on it, let alone the $3,997 in my opinion.

The methods Jeff talks about ARE legitimate and there’s a part of me that does believe his FULL program will show you the right ways to make it work, but even in that scenario, paying $3,997 to find that out isn’t worth it in my opinion.

Plus the low value I got out of the eBook and intro program, and then the annoying spam texts, calls and what I would call pushy sales tactics really turned me off to the program. I did NOT like that at all!

Alternatives? Yep! Why the Wealthy Affiliate program is my top choice:

Wealthy Affiliate is an online business training program like Entre Institute, and it actually teaches many of the same methods (Affiliate marketing, building digital local agencies, ect…).

But here’s why it’s better than Millionaire Shortcut/Entre Institute in my opinion:

  1. It’s free to test drive (no CC needed).
  2. It’s more beginner friendly.
  3. Better on YOUR wallet ($0 to try, then $49/month).
  4. You learn the same things (higher value for less).
  5. It has more success stories than Entre Institute.
  6. You get the best support including expert coaching.
  7. And there’s much more.

Bottom line: You can literally get MORE from Wealthy Affiliate’s free membership alone than the Millionaire Shortcut eBook and the $39 membership to Entre in my opinion (and experience).

And you don’t have to invest crazy money with Wealthy Affiliate (or in general to succeed online).

I’ve personally been one of their top success stories and when I started seeing what Entre Institute was offering to teach me, I already knew the business well enough to know that I could already find that training in Wealthy Affiliate (and I know it works).

Again, Wealthy Affiliate is free to test drive and only $49/month if you decide to stick around.

Here’s a side by side comparison of Wealthy Affiliate vs Millionaire Shortcut/Entre Institute:

My recommendation? Wealthy Affiliate (here’s how to get started):

The value of the Wealthy Affiliate (WA) speaks for itself and if you have any doubt (which is totally normal), test drive them risk free (there’s literally no credit card required).

Here’s what you get when you try the program today (all included):

  • Access to the Starter Membership of Wealthy Affiliate.
  • 10 lesson getting started course.
  • 1 website included.
  • 7 day access to the WA community (help/support).
  • 7 days coaching from me, Vitaliy (one of WA’s top experts).
  • And much more (join WA today and see it all for yourself).

The program does have an optional upgrade called Premium after the Starter Membership that I do highly recommend, but more than that, I recommend you first:

  • Try the Starter Membership (it’s risk free).
  • Immerse yourself in the program so you get the most out of it.
  • Use my 7 day coaching! You can contact me directly inside WA.

Wealthy Affiliate works, but it is also not a get rich quick scheme.

It will teach you how to build a REAL online business of your dreams and if you apply the training they have and work hard, you will become one of it’s MANY success stories.

And frankly speaking, I want to see you do just that. As your coach, one of my goals is to see just hat and I’ll help you along your journey there too).

Thanks for reading my review of Millionaire Shortcut and if there are ANY questions about either program, feel free to ask me in the comments below!

    • I would say yes, but art is a very broad niche overall. If its something like oil paintings, perhaps selling it on Etsy might be a good fit, but in terms of what WA teaches, you can choose a specific fine art niche (like woodworking) and make a site based off that and sell affiliate products to do it and/or your own work too there.
