Wealthy Affiliate Review 2024 (Why It’s my Top Choice For Making Money Online)

Every bit of success I have at making money online is thanks to the Wealthy Affiliate program. I’ve been a member of it for over 16 years now and just as well:

  1. It has more success stories than any other make money online out there.
  2. It has EXCELLENT training, help, tools and support (very beginner friendly).
  3. An average rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars on Truspilot.com (higher than any other program).
  4. You can literally join it for free (no CC required).

And frankly, there’s much more to be said, but rather than writing out 10,000+ words on why I love Wealthy Affiliate, and why it works to help you succeed online, I made a special video that details literally everything you need to know about it:

Have any questions about Wealthy Affiliate? Feel free to ask me below 🙂

  1. I have a call wednesday with Entre. I was going to possibly invest 4 thousand. They are guarunteeing me a business up and running in 90 days or double my money back. will I be able to learn how to and start abusiness with wealthy affiliate? If so, what about software, and all the other pieces I will need other than training. Thanks Ted

    • Hi Theodore, in WA, the software you get with an upgraded membership is a website builder, security for your site and keyword tool. On top of that you are also provided with training and expert help to assist you in building your online business.

It’s totally up to you what you decide, but you know my opinion on Entre and I personally love WA. In general, creating a successful online business in my experience takes a lot of time and work, but I’m very happy with my results. You should do what is comfortable for you.

    • Hi Michael, after the free membership, you can either upgrade to premium ($49/month) or premium+ ($99/month). The premium unlocks all the main training. The Premium+ is everything premium included plus expert classes, and other bonuses (best value).

  2. I just signed up to see the free version right now. Does Wealthy Affiliate disclose earning potentials, or only if one upgrades, and the earning org chart? Who is making money off of whom, and is the affiliate marketing market saturated? How can everyone do the same thing and make money? What will be the courses needed to learn how to do affiliate marketing? I don’t have a product to sell, but I’m interested in learning affiliate marketing but don’t know how to do that. I read reviews and people trusted this site more than say Keala Kanae.

    • Hi Sharla, I’ve separated the responses to your questions in bullet points:

      1) For earning reports, no. This is typically done for network marketing and MLM companies where the only method of making money is promoting the company. Wealthy Affiliate is none one of those things. People can promote the WA company yes, but they are mainly taught to promote/market whatever they want, other companies, products businesses, courses and so forth.

A lot of people do publicly disclose their earnings (and there are private stories too), but at the end of the day, this is their choice.

      2) For your question on who is making money of whom, again there is network marketing/MLM context behind that question. In general people who make money online in the way WA teaches are affiliates for other big name companies such as Amazon, so when a customer purchases a product from an affiliate link on your site, you earn a commission and Amazon pays you a commission from the customer’s purchase.

      3) Affiliate marketing is not saturated. There are countless niche markets out there with varied levels of competition and saturation and WA’s methods help you beat the competition in any niche.

      4) For your question on everyone doing the same thing and making money, this is just not the case. There are different business models taught in WA, but the most common is affiliate marketing and even if everyone does it, there are tons of niches, different sites, keywords and things to rank/earn from. Even if you have a scenario where tons of people do the same thing, how they apply the training and their dedication is the difference maker (working hard = being more successful).

      5) For the courses, there are 120 lessons across 2 main courses in WA teaching you affiliate marketing. You get 20 as a starter member.

      6) For starting out, do the main free training first, see if you enjoy the membership and want to move further. All of this is explained inside.

      7) WA is very trusted (but there critics everywhere). Because you can try this for free, you can determine this for yourself and I encourage you to!

      • Thank you so much for your quick response. I will for sure check out the free course, as I am really interested and excited to learn this. Also, I live in Canada, so I’m assuming this will still work?

        • No problem Sharla and yes you can do this in Canada. There are very countries in the world in general where this would be an issue and Canada is not one of them 🙂

  3. I joined WA years ago and never continued can you coach me if I join, also do you coach more than 7 days?

    Blessings,
    Terry Johnson

    • Hi Terry, if you sign up with a different email than last time, you will get me as your referrer and coach. The thing about the 7 days though is that it is meant to prevent abuse, so afterwards it would not be available anymore. But I’m more than happy to coach you for the 7 days while you’re there and then you can decide if you want to stick around 🙂

  4. Hi just finished a samcart webinar. No real info on how to reliably drive traffic there. But how are you offering a better alternative exactly if I have a course I wish to market effectively and inexpensively??

    Reply
    • Hi May, so in Sam Cart’s case, based on the webinar I saw, you make a course, and drive traffic there through Facebook Ads. With FB ads, you can isolate a specific audience that would be interested in your course so when you get the traffic, it’s targeted traffic. However that also costs a lot of money potentially which is why you need to be careful.

What makes Wealthy Affiliate different is that they teach more options, on the traffic side, on the monetization side, on the online business side overall. Specifically they teach you to make your own niche website (no course required) and drive free traffic to it via getting your content (blog) to rank on Google and search engines. This also drives targeted traffic to your side, but the benefit of that is that it doesn’t cost anything and you can earn money without risking a lot of it if you did that with FB Ads.

You can then build off the profits there, become more experienced and later enter into the FB ads world.

Another thing which makes WA different is that they teach mainly affiliate marketing, meaning you promote other people’s products and don’t have to make your own course. But if you want to, with the site they teach you how to make, you can also market your own course there instead of affiliate promotions too.

Long story short, WA is more flexible and open ended on the type of online business you can build, that in my opinion is better for beginners and people tight on money starting out. Hope this answers your question!

    • Hi Catherine, Wealthy Affiliate is free to try and offers a getting started course as part of the free membership. It also offers a premium membership which gives you full access to multiple courses in the program (basically all the training) for $49/month. There is also a $99/month program which gives you access to expert classes.

If you’re just looking to build a profitable website, try the free membership, and then Premium. It’s risk free.

  5. Finally, someone that tells it like it is. There are huge number of preadatory scumbags on the internet.

Vitali (spelled correctly?) certainly sounds legit. I came within seconds of signing up for SamCart. I’m a ‘dumb’ beginner so SamCart wasn’t for me.

So, I’m going to join Weathy Affiliate to promote products on my website and let’s see what’s going to happen.

Thank you Vitali, for your very informative review on SamCart and your inside information on Weathy Affiliate.

    • No problem Joseph, I wouldn’t classify yourself as a “dumb beginner”. We are all beginners in this when we start. What’s important is being open minded and using a program to help you become successful. That in my opinion is Wealthy Affiliate.

You’re welcome to reach out to me inside WA and if you have further questions, let me know! Also, it’s Vitaliy with a y on the end 🙂
