Four Percent is Vick Strizheus’s most popular online business program and in this review, I’m going to clarify everything you need to know about it, including:
- If it’s really a scam or if it’s legitimate.
- How it really works.
- The pros and cons.
- How much you can expect to spend if you buy it.
- And if there’s better alternatives (in my opinion, there is a FAR BETTER option, but more on that later).
The quick overview:
- Name: Four Percent.
- Owner: Vick Strizheus.
- Pricing: 4 memberships from $0 to $1,000 a month (one time payments accepted).
- What do you learn? Online business, mostly affiliate marketing.
- Is it a scam? No.
- Rating: 30 out of 100 points.
Do I recommend Four Percent? No.
The program can teach you to be a successful affiliate marketer and run a successful online business. And while there is valuable training within the Four Percent program, in my opinion it’s very expensive and Vick himself is not someone I’m completely confident about trusting yet (I am not happy saying this, but it has to be said). I’ll explain more later.
Better alternatives? Yes (More info on that below).
Back to the Four Percent review:
Summary of the program:
Four Percent is mainly a program teaching you affiliate marketing. Members learn how to promote affiliate products in many different ways including paid traffic generation. The training is both beginner friendly and advanced (like paid ads which cost money) and is mostly in video format.
The program was created by Vick Strizheus and has 4 membership levels people can access:
- Basic: $0
- Silver: $25/month (currently not accepting members at the time of this review).
- Gold: $275/month (considered the best value).
- Platinum: $1,000/month (Private invite only).
Each membership offers training, tools, access to special affiliate networks and web builders (like Chickyboom and Estage which normally cost monthly to be members of individually). Obviously, the lower your level you join at, the less benefits you get.
Additionally, members get access to Vick’s weekly coaching calls. Members can also become affiliates for Four Percent, something that happens often in this program.
Pros:
- You can try Four Percent for free.
- There is some valuable training inside the members area.
- Pretty decent affiliate incentive provided to promote Four Percent.
- It’s been around longer than any other of Vick’s previous programs.
Cons:
- Vick has “some” history such as making one new program after another teaching similar concepts.
- Based on what I’ve seen, I’m not overly impressed by Vick’s teachings (he is an excellent marketer though).
- Some of the affiliate network recommendations cost money to join (you can get backdoor access to them through Vick’s program).
- In affiliate marketing, you can sign up with many lucrative affiliate networks for free (no need to pay separately).
- In my opinion, Four Percent is too expensive in general and you can find similar/better training elsewhere and in my opinion, Wealthy Affiliate is the top alternative.
My final thoughts:
Vick’s Four Percent program is not bad at all and there is value in it’s training, but considering how expensive it can get and how in my opinion, many of the concepts covered shouldn’t cost so much to learn, I don’t think Four Percent is good enough to recommend.
At the very least, perhaps the free membership may be worth exploring, but be careful to keep an objective mind and block out the hype at all times (as with ANY program out there, even the one I recommend).
I’ve always had a hard time trusting Vick due to his past and while I see improvements in Four Percent compared to his previous programs, much of the same hype and overly expensive training is still there that I just don’t think is worth the costs. I’ve learned affiliate marketing for WAY less and you can too, here’s how:
Alternatives? Yep! Why the Wealthy Affiliate program is my top choice:
Wealthy Affiliate is also an affiliate marketing program, but what it teaches people is to build profitable affiliate websites on passions they have in life and drive free traffic to the site (no paid ads required).
In the more advanced training (later on), they teach more methods of growing your business with things like paid ads.
Here’s why it’s better than Four Percent in my opinion:
- It’s free to test drive (no CC needed).
- It’s more beginner friendly.
- Better on YOUR wallet ($0 to try, then $49/month).
- It teaches multiple ways to do affiliate marketing.
- It has more success stories than Four Percent.
- You get the best support including expert coaching.
- And there’s much more.
Bottom line: You don’t have to invest crazy money with Wealthy Affiliate (or in general) and you can get ALL the education you’ll ever need to build the online success you want.
Plus you’ll get all the support, tools and everything else needed.
It’s free to test drive and only $49/month if you decide to stick around.
Here’s a side by side comparison of Wealthy Affiliate vs Four Percent:
My recommendation? Wealthy Affiliate (here’s how to get started):
- Join here (its free)
- Complete the Hubs set up process (5 steps) which has you create your first passion based website.
- Start your training (8 lesson course)
The value of the Wealthy Affiliate (WA) speaks for itself and if you have any doubt (which is totally normal), test drive them risk free (there’s literally no credit card required).
Here’s what you get when you try the program today (all included):
- Access to the Starter Membership of Wealthy Affiliate.
- Access to the Hubs platform (5 step business set up process)
- 8 lesson starter course
- Coaching from me, Vitaliy (one of WA’s top experts).
- And much more (join WA today and see it all for yourself).
The program does have 2 optional upgrades called Premium and Premium Plus after the Starter Membership that I do highly recommend, but more than that, I recommend you first:
- Try the Starter Membership (it’s risk free).
- Immerse yourself in the program so you get the most out of it.
- Use my coaching! You can contact me directly inside WA.
Wealthy Affiliate works, but it is also not a get rich quick scheme.
It will teach you how to build a REAL online business of your dreams and if you apply the training they have and work hard, you will become one of it’s MANY success stories.
And frankly speaking, I want to see you do just that. As your coach, one of my goals is to see just hat and I’ll help you along your journey there too).
Thanks for reading my review of Four Percent and if there are ANY questions about either program, feel free to ask me in the comments below!
