I am interested in trying the program for the 7 days and getting better insight into the “how to’s”, but before I do, I have one question (well, actually more, but this one comes to mind). I am computer savvy, understand the basics of affiliate marketing and have a huge amount of determination to try something that increases my income so I can take advantage of my early retirement opportunity. However, what I DON’T understand is the website building. I know what SEO is, but don’t know the logistics of building a site, increasing SEO and more technical stuff along those lines. Would this program be a waste of my time or could someone like me actually learn in the areas I’m lacking?
Hi Loretta, so the website building process is actually the easiest of all the steps to building an online business. Through the Wealthy Affiliate program, by lesson 4 in the starter program, you will be able to build a website through their site builder platform.
THe coding and set up is done for you and you basically just select a name for your site, a theme (template) and then it sets it up for you. Of course the site will be “blank” in the sense that you will then need to do SEO on it to build it up, but the programing, coding and all that stuff is handled for you.
For the SEO part (getting visitors), the process is generally like this:
You blog about keywords in your niche and then that content ranks on Google for those same keywords when other people type them up. This is how they find and click on your site, which the training goes into great detail into doing properly. You also get a keyword tool from Wealthy Affiliate in helping you select the proper keywords to blog about so you’re not wasting time.
You can honestly try this free and check out the platform, and even start your first site so you can see this in action. SEO and building it up is what takes time, but the first part is accessible to starter members. You can check this out risk free here and I’ll be there to help you if you have questions.
Hi Laura, the business I primarily practice is called affiliate marketing where I promote other people’s products for a commission. This allows me to earn money online without having a product of my own. Let me know if you have any other questions!
I am interested in your information. However I have fallen away from using my laptop for some years and feel like I’ve lost a lot of computer skills due to so many changes. My last solid experience is with windows 7. I’d like to quit my day job. So needless to say, I’ve got some fears and had considered Commission Hero, but they charge much more, and I’m curious if the pricing is really worth it.
Hi Angela, I’m not the biggest fan of high ticket programs, including Commission Hero even though I think it works. What I am a fan of is Wealthy Affiliate because it risk free to test drive and it’s set up in a beginner friendly way regardless of computer skills. I would highly recommend it!
Vitaliy – great site. I already have a blog built on wix. Does WA integrate, or would I be starting from scratch?
Thanks,
Jordan
Hi Jordan I think you can but it’s likely better to just make a new one in WA, which would be a WordPress website.

Just curious how long does it take to get results ? And do you help with the web sites ,blogs ,and products ?
Hi Shari, for most people usually 6-12 months. And yes, the program and myself do help you with the websites, blogs and the rest.
if you don’t have a product or business to promote and use this platform, how could this benefit me? I’m still confused
